Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During festivals or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Coverage
Nutrystic currently delivers products across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will notify you promptly and arrange a complete refund if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery estimates depend on your location and courier availability. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Delayed Deliveries
Although we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please avoid accepting it whenever possible.

Lost Shipments
If your shipment is officially confirmed as lost in transit by our courier partner, we will offer:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible locations and may be restricted based on PIN code, order value or previous order history.
International Shipping
Currently, Nutrystic ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
